The story

I started where most business owners start — with an idea, a lot of energy, and very little idea of what I was getting into. I built that start-up into a $10 million business. Not easily, and not without making almost every mistake in the book first.

What I learned along the way — about systems, about people, about what actually makes a business work — became the foundation for everything I've done since.

For the last twenty years I've been working alongside business owners at every stage. Helping them build what I built, faster and with less pain than I experienced. Not as a consultant who visits once a quarter with a slide deck. As someone embedded in the problems.
