We may review new cases of coronavirus in our neighbourhood to help us decide whether to wear a mask.We may rely on our GPS to help us choose the best route to where we are going. We rely on data because it is impersonal. It has no agenda. It tells a factual story. Yet many business decisions are often made using a gut feel and that’s why things go wrong.
